Kaiser Rolls

These are traditional New York Kaiser Rolls with a thin, crisp crust, and soft, flavorful crumb. They are lightly sweetened with barley malt syrup (like bagels) and make a great sandwich roll (or toasted with butter, mmm). We add a little extra flavor with our poolish technique. Available in plain, poppy or sesame.

"Wow, I haven't had a soft pretzel this good in 25 years" said one very happy customer. Our soft pretzels take 15 hours to make, start to finish. The butter and honey rich pretzels tear apart in long strings like cotton candy. The true pretzel aroma and flavor comes from dipping the pretzels in the traditional solution before baking to a golden, reddish-brown.
